At Nyvella Lane, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure, and transparent from checkout to confirmation. The following information explains how payments are accepted and processed for all purchases made through our store.
Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method.
You can pay using your PayPal balance, or by linking a credit card or debit card to your PayPal account.
PayPal allows you to complete transactions securely without sharing your financial information directly with us. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can check out using PayPal’s Guest Checkout option and pay with your preferred card.
We do not currently accept bank transfers, checks, cash on delivery, or alternative digital wallets.
Currency
All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
If your payment card or PayPal account is linked to a different currency, your bank or PayPal may automatically convert the amount to USD based on its current exchange rate and may apply additional conversion fees. These fees are not controlled or charged by Nyvella Lane.

Payment Authorization
Once your order is placed, PayPal will immediately authorize your payment.
Funds are charged at the time your order is confirmed.
If PayPal cannot verify your payment or billing information, your order may be temporarily held until the issue is resolved.
Order Confirmation
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and payment reference.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Billing Information
To prevent delays or verification issues, please ensure that your billing information matches the details associated with your PayPal account or payment card.
Orders with mismatched or incomplete billing details may be delayed or cancelled as part of our fraud prevention checks.
Fraud Protection
We take fraudulent activity seriously.
All transactions are automatically screened through PayPal’s Fraud Detection System.
If any unusual or suspicious activity is detected, the order may be paused, and you may be contacted for verification.
Nyvella Lane reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
